Qualifications of Applicants for the Baccalaureate Degree Program (College)
Who are qualified to apply for admission to ISAT U?- Applicants who will graduate from senior high school before the start of AY 2025-2026, regardless of academic track or strand.
- Applicants who have completed senior high school, regardless of academic track or strand, and have not enrolled in any college degree programs.
- Completers and passers of the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
Application Requirements for Admission to the Baccalaureate Degree Program (College)
What are the required documents needed to apply for admission?-
For graduating senior high school students:
- Completely filled-up OSAS/Admission Form 1A (can be downloaded here).
- Two identical colored pictures (2x2 inches) with a white background, signed on the back by the principal or their authorized representative.
- Photocopies of your household's electric bill for September 2024 and October 2024. Please ensure that the copies are clear. Bring the original copies for verification.

Application for Admission
- Online Application via the ISAT U Admission Portal
- Fill in the required information in the ISAT U Admission Portal. Please make sure that the email address and phone number that you will provide are active.
- Wait for the confirmation email that contains the schedule of submission of documents.
- Submission of Documents
- The following documents should be submitted (personally or through an authorized representative) to the Office of Student Affairs and Services, ISAT U, Dumangas Campus.
- Documents
- Completely filled-up Form 1A (for all applicants; the form can be downloaded here)
- Clear photocopy of the Report Card (for Senior High School graduates; please bring original copy for verification)
- Clear photocopy of the Certificate of Rating (for Alternative Learning System completers; please bring original copy for verification)
- Two identical colored pictures (2x2 inches) with a white background. If graduating, let the pictures be signed on the back by the principal or their authorized representative.
- Photocopies of your household's electric bill for September 2024 and October 2024. Please ensure that the copies are clear. Please bring the original copies for verification.

Note: Your Examination Permit will be issued to you upon submission of your documents. - The following documents should be submitted (personally or through an authorized representative) to the Office of Student Affairs and Services, ISAT U, Dumangas Campus.
- Computer-aided University Admission Test
- Report to the ISAT U Admission Test on the date specified in your Examination Permit.
- Bring with you the following
- Examination Permit
- School ID or any valid ID (with clear picture)
- Application Status Tracking
- Please utilize the ISAT U Admission Portal to monitor the status of your application. The portal will guide you through the subsequent steps of the application process.
